Happy New Year from The Eye Centre!
With 2020 safely in our rearview mirrors, it’s time to celebrate how far we’ve come! As a community, we banded together to flatten the curve of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, and we’re confident that we can do so again now that we are facing this second wave in 2021.
Please rest assured that we are and will remain open during this revised level 3 lockdown, and that we are taking every possible precaution to ensure the safety of both our patients and our staff during this trying time.
Patients are reminded to book their appointments in advance, to attend their appointments alone as far as possible*, and to wear a mask. We kindly request that patients who have been in direct contact with COVID positive individuals in the 5 days prior to their appointments contact reception as soon as possible to reschedule. We also reiterate our request that individuals err on the side of caution and reschedule appointments should they exhibit any symptoms of illness.
By standing together, apart, we will beat the coronavirus pandemic. Wishing you and yours a prosperous new year. Stay safe.
